Hotel is okay for old people, not for us young people. The food that they have for us, English could be a lot better Entertainment is rubbish It’s great if you can understand German I think they could possibly hire more entertainment staff as well as there was only two young lads who was trying to entertain us and it wasn’t working.

Unfortunately, the quality of my current stay in this hotel is way below my expectations. 1. While the move-in experience was positive, generally, the hotel staff is unhelpful and does not always speak English. The receptionist is not always available. If customer’s questions or concerns are brushed off, they will go and post reviews here. 2. The hotel staff does not respect the meal schedule. It is written at the reception that between 11pm and 12am, there is a soup serving time. When you actually come to the restaurant, the lights are dimmed, and the staff is not present. The management has to make the customers feel welcome. This is not happening. 3. While I understand the difficulty of the Covid times and the fact that food needs to be relayed by the staff, I find it unacceptable that there was not anyone at the drinks section in the restaurant when I needed a tea. Also, the salad section has no labels, and it is difficult to explain the staff what you want. 4. Food quality and diversity is far from the greatest. I expect more meat options than just an over-fried chicken and a fish full of bones. Some food items are outright stale. Please, respect yourself and your customers. 5. The quality of the massage was not worth the money. Maybe other massage kinds are better, but I do not recommend the stress-relief massage. When my massage was complete, I opened my eyes and saw both the masseuse AND the receptionist lady next to me, trying to sell more massages. I do not understand these aggressive marketing methods. I think the management has to do a lot of work to keep the customers coming. I will not consider coming back here again.

The best hotel, services and food. Too much delicious meals :) very confortable pool and Sunbeds. Shuttle bus to the beach where there are sunbeds and a bar and lunch. Drinks around the clock, extra snacks like ice cream and waffles throughout the day. Very nice service and daily evening attractions. Rooms very clean and cleaned daily. Adults only hotel on the plus side.

This trip was my first to Turkey, my wife and I, along with another couple booked this place being it adults only which is true. However if you wish to experience what a old age home feels like before your time look no further ! The service was average and the staff seemed unintrested in being there, when we asked if they'll be doing a foam party or something to that affect, they weren't sure/ they said they couldn't play loud music because of the guests, where as other places were having full on night clubs in there's. The beds felt as if you were sleeping on the floor, the food was alright but not varied at all, as some places do different theme nights, we had a Turkish night but nothing else, and you have to pay extra for certain items like orange juice at breakfast /iced coffees. If you're looking for a mediocre time this is the place. Recommended if your 65+. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. P.s don't feel pressured into getting a massage at the start where you collect your towls, as they offer you a "special price"

We had a great vacation in Turkey staying at this hotel. We stayed 7 days and we had a room with pool view. The room was clean and the minibar was filled each day. The buffet was diverse, of course some sortiments were repeating, but I think is impossible to have different sortiments each day. We had also snacks between the meals, which was great. Each evening the staff prepared little shows and during the day at the pool there were entertainers. They are very kind, respectful and hardworking. Tips is necessary and they deserve it. The beach is not too far, ~max 10 min normal walking and we could eat also at the beach restaurant. For us the vacation was complete and we enjoyed. Many thanks to the staff!

It is not a 5 star hotel, but my experience was great. The beach is not so near as they say, I think it is 700 m far, but it was ok. Inside the resort you have all kind of animations, you can't get bored. The rooms are clean, and the cleaning personnel do their job very well. The restaurant is very clean and they do aply all the measures they can in order to prevent COVID-19. The food was delicious.

I gave 2 stars for animators, which deserves 10 stars. The services at this hotel are of very poor quality. Offer, Not related to reality. Do you want to benefit from what you paid for? Get ready to take money out of your pocket for each service. Without tips you don't get anything. In short, I do not recommend and never return to this hotel again.
